Question: Most of the others are spending money on lecturing others, why would your use of it be more benefical?

Well, lectures are great. But I think making something that you can use and try out will help you learn even more. Plus it’s a novel idea – as far as I know there aren’t any other cosmic ray jackets around! It’s an idea i’ve had for a few years and have worked out how to make it.

When using the jacket you would learn how to detect cosmic rays, how to measure their energies and frequency and it would make you think about what they are and how they got to earth. I think you will think about this stuff more when you’re wearing the jacket than you would if I just told you about it.
