Question: What were the qualifications you needed to get into Oxford for a chemistry degree and how difficult would it be to get in for a biology degree?

You’d have to ask them about biology, and grades were very different when I got in. The important thing is to do your research very thoroughly and match up what you really expect to get at A2 with what Universitites are asking. And even more importantly in my experience as an admissions officer, go and actually see the universities you are applying for – we are all very good at doing fancy leaflets and prospectuses!
