      Sounds like you need a longer bed…

      Your feet are at one extreme of your body – about as far away from your heart as it is possible to be. The circulation of blood to these parts is therefore not as effective as at the core of your body and since this helps to transfer heat, your feet will get cold (especially if they are exposed while the rest of you is under the duvet!).

      My son has this problem too – he is simply too tall!
